COLOR, SUBSTITUTIONS REQUESTS

•We will happily make reasonable accommodations/swaps for up to 3 items. These items will be random selections at equal or lesser value than the item being swapped. Color requests depend on product we have in stock and not guaranteed. 

•If you purchase the "Shimmei LIVE Event", we scoop LIVE at the selected date & time that will be posted to our Facebook page as an event weekly. Space is limited and fills up quickly!

•You will have an awesome opportunity to customize some of the products. For example, if you scoop a studded tumbler, you may select the color you want from what we have available at that time.

•There will also be one giveaway drawing for everyone who attends the live event.

VIDEO SCOOP- With this option, a recording of your scoop will be posted to our social media(s) typically within 7-10 days of your scoop. You could receive your package prior to video being posted. If you'd like to see your video first, please note that in your order and we will hold your package until your video is ready.

NO VIDEO SCOOP- With this option we will scoop and ship your package to you. The contents will be a fun surprise!

TEASER SCOOP- This is a no video scoop of exactly 15 items from our Mystery Variety Collection, randomly scooped. Sassy beads, prizes and games are excluded in this scooping option.

*If you'd like a photo of your scooped items prior to receiving them/prior to your video posting, please let us know in your notes on your order and we will happily send you one. If this is not noted, we will not send a photo in an effort to keep it a fun surprise. *
